Returns Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase of the marketing launchpad course. However, if you are not happy with the course, you can request a full refund within 14 days of commencing the programme. To be eligible for a refund, you must:
- Have completed less than 50% of the courses.
- Have not downloaded any of the course materials or bonuses.
- Have not accessed any of the live coaching sessions or the private Facebook group.
- Have not violated any of the terms and conditions of the course.
To request a refund, please email us at james@francesandkevin.co.uk with your name, email address, order number, and reason for requesting a refund. We will process your refund within 7 working days of receiving your request. Please note that refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you do not meet the eligibility criteria or if we suspect any fraudulent activity. We also reserve the right to change this policy at any time without prior notice.
